Your Mansion at Tuckahoe Wedding, Brought to Life.

DJ entertainment, wedding coordination, photo booths, lighting and creative event production from a team that knows the Mansion

Serving Jensen Beach, Stuart, Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast

A Blank Canvas for Your Dream Wedding

There's something special about weddings at The Mansion at Tuckahoe. Every event feels completely different because no two couples use the venue the same way. It's one of the most customizable venues on the Treasure Coast. That's one of the reasons we love working here so much.U nlike traditional wedding venues where everything happens in one ballroom, Tuckahoe gives you the freedom to design your wedding around your vision, not someone else's package. Choose where you'd like to say "I do," enjoy cocktail hour in another space, host dinner indoors or outside on the North Terrace and even end the night with an after-party downstairs in the basement. The property offers so many unique spaces that your wedding naturally unfolds throughout the evening, creating an experience your guests won't forget.

Flexible Planning!

One thing couples are often surprised to learn is that The Mansion at Tuckahoe is a county-owned venue.

That means you're getting an incredible waterfront property at a price that's often much more affordable than many dedicated wedding venues. Instead of paying for an all-inclusive package, you're able to build a wedding that's uniquely yours while staying in control of your budget.

Experienced Team!

We've celebrated at The Mansion many times, and it's become one of the venues that feels like home to us.

We know the best ceremony locations for different times of day, where the sunsets photograph beautifully, how guests naturally flow through the property and little details that help the evening run seamlessly.

Sometimes it's the smallest ideas that make the biggest difference and we're always excited to share them.

PLANNING TIPS FOR CELEBRATING AT THE MANSION

Ceremony Sites

Upgrade the Chairs

The venue includes chairs, but they're one of the most common things couples decide to upgrade. A simple chair rental can completely change the look of your ceremony or reception and make your design feel much more elevated.

The North Terrace is Worth Dressing Up

If you're celebrating on the North Terrace, we almost always recommend adding bistro lighting. It creates such a warm atmosphere after sunset and completely transforms the space. Many couples also choose to rent a portable dance floor so guests have a comfortable place to dance all evening.

Plan for the Wind

The waterfront breeze is beautiful... until it starts blowing decorations across the terrace.

Especially during the cooler months, we recommend:

  • Using heavier glassware instead of lightweight cups.

  • Adding rocks or weighted fillers inside centerpieces.

  • Securing table linens with tablecloth clips.

  • Avoiding lightweight décor that could easily tip over.

These little details make a huge difference on wedding day.

Have a Rain Plan

Florida weather can change quickly, especially near the water.

If you're planning an outdoor ceremony or reception, it's a good idea to talk with your rental company ahead of time about their last-minute tent options.

Hopefully you'll never need it—but having a backup plan gives everyone peace of mind.

Don't Forget Cleanup

Since The Mansion is a county-owned venue, couples are responsible for cleaning up and removing trash at the end of the evening.

This is one of the biggest reasons many of our couples hire us for coordination. While you're enjoying your last dance and saying goodbye to guests, we're making sure everything gets wrapped up properly.

Dance Inside or Out!

You can eat and dance outside on the north terrace! Or you can have dinner outside, then move everyone in for a club-like dance reception. Allow us to transform the main area into lounge with moody uplighting, Photo Booth in the aquarium room and bar overlooking the water!

Our Favorite Vendors

One of the perks of working at The Mansion so often is the relationships we've built with some incredible local vendors.

We're always happy to recommend rental companies, caterers, photographers, florists and other professionals who are already familiar and approved with the venue so they know exactly how everything operates.

Having vendors who know the property can make the planning process much smoother.
